Homeownership

Our homeownership program is an application-based program that selects qualified applicants to partner with our Family Services department. Selected applicants follow a step-by-step process, dedicate 250 hours of sweat equity, and participate in 12 educational workshops in order to receive an affordable mortgage on a brand new home.

We are not accepting applications for our Homeownership Program at this time.

Is there anything you can do between now and when applications open?

Yes! Interested applicants can work on:

• reducing/paying off debt

• making timely payments on bills

• resolving any accounts you may have in collections

• maintain a stable income
