Our ReStore depends on enthusiastic volunteers with everything from helping customers to arranging merchandise.
Whether you enjoy interacting with the public or prefer tinkering behind the scenes, chances are that we have a volunteer opportunity for you at the ReStore. And when you volunteer at our ReStore, you are helping us work towards building our vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

​​some of the tasks our volunteers help with include:

• Customer Service
• Rearranging furniture on the Sales Floor (with assistance)
• Restocking and organizing areas on the Sales Floor
• Maintenance

​​restore volunteers must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Be able to work independently with guidance from staff members
• Be able to work at least a three hour shift, standing at most times
• Attend an orientation if you are interested in serving your court-ordered* or school volunteer hours. Orientations are held on site at our ReStore

​Call or stop in to get started as a ReStore Volunteer Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm

*Please note that Alachua Habitat for Humanity does not accept court-ordered volunteers who have any theft, sexual offense, or violent crime charges*
