A Brush With Kindness is an exterior home preservation program for eligible homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come. A Brush With Kindness is part of our larger Neighborhood Revitalization program and is designed to help revitalize neighborhoods, encourage connections within communities, and preserve local affordable housing stock.
